As early EV enthusiasts, our team experienced firsthand the long lines, broken plugs, and inadequate amenities available to EV owners. We knew there was a better way. So, we set out together to design easy, fast, and safe charging.
Driven by a deep-rooted commitment to the EV community, Rove will be the first public charging center that combines 40 DC Fast Chargers with staffed, well-lit amenities, a fresh market — Recharge by Gelson’s, and a car wash.

Gelson's announced plans to build a new concept fresh market on future Rove centers. ReCharge by Gelson's will offer fresh food and exceptional service to charging customers and the community.

ARG Devco became Rove and announced plans to develop full-service charging centers in Southern California over the next 5 years.

Rove breaks ground on its first full-service charging center in Santa Ana, a 1.3-acre charging center located at the corner of 17th Street and Lincoln Avenue.

Rove officially opened it’s first full-service charging location in Santa Ana.

Rove was named the AutoTech Breakthrough Awards Best EV Charging Station Solution of the Year
